The Resilience Project
in the Workplace

Poor mental health is one of the biggest issues in the workplace today, causing more than 70 million working days to be lost each year.

The Resilience Project for the workplace encourages good emotional health through professional development sessions, conferences, presentations and staff well-being days. We work with organisations to create a bespoke programme which will help your employees to be more resilient.

Help for Employers

Our Resilient Managers development programme trains key managers to nurture resilience amongst their teams. The one day workshop gives participants easy-to implement strategies to help support their staff.

Help for Employees

Our Resilient Workforce development programme teaches employees how to deal with difficult situations, recognise areas of improvement in their well-being and learn strategies to help them deal with a wide variety of relevant topics such as anxiety, stress, negotiation and pressures in the work place.

The resilience training helped me to unpack what resilience is and how to use this in a mentoring framework.
